Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, please contact us that you are sending a return and provide the tracking number of shipment. Your return item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also have original JYJ tag it was shipped with.
There are certain situations where no refund or partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received we will notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund will be processed the same business day. Your refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned for a refund. Sale priced items can be returned and refunded only for the actual sale price paid.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We do exchange items if they are not the right fit or you are simply not happy with the purchase you received. If you need to exchange an item let us know why and what you need it exchanged for. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate credit will be issued to you.

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless Junkyard Jeans was responsible for the reason you are making the return.
